Academy of Villains: Dollmaker

Dollmaker! I am applying to join and this is Lucy's character sheet.

-Name: Lucy "Dollmaker" McGrardy
-Age: 25 (mentality switching between age seven and current age at random)
-Species: human under hoodoo/voodoo soul mutilation

-Personality: Psychotic, with the personality of a young girl obsessed with making dolls out of human flesh and jewelry out of bones, blood as a dye. Lucy thinks what she's doing is absolutely normal, and giggles uncontrollably when people get hurt or die. Cruel and preferring to sing in nursery rhymes while she's cooking up spells in the claw-footed cauldron, Lucy holds one-sided conversations with an inanimate voodoo doll that never responds (it's nothing more than burlap, twine, and pins) that Lucy calls differently each time she speaks to it (sometimes it's Desdemona, others it's Mathilda). Inside, she's just a seven-year-old-girl with an unhealthy obsession with the human body.

For year two of her training at the Academy of Villains, however, Lucy has become... more refined? She's still the psychotic, hyper voodoo practitioner with her heart on her sleeve and erratic mood swings you know and love, but the events at that fateful mansion in Norway shaped her and she's grown from it. All of the deaths and mystery made her realize how lucky she is, and though she retains her giggly disposition and still makes candy or protection poppets for random strangers, Lucy is stronger and smarter than she was before.

-History: Lucy's parents were in The French Quarter in New Orleans on vacation when disaster struck: Lucy was being born three months too early and would die indefinitely. Desperate, they called upon a voodoo practitioner (practicing black magic against the creed and code of her peers) who would grant Lucy twenty-one years of borrowed time, but after that, her soul would be warped beyond recognition and she would disappear into the vast unknown. They agreed, and for twenty-one years, Lucy was normal, taking up sewing dolls of all kinds and cooking Cajun food like etoufee and boudain, but on her twenty-first birthday, while at a school for the culinary arts, she disappeared, along with her soul.

Raised by the Ghede lwa who took pity on the poor soul after it was mutilated by an angry outcast of the voodoo community wanting to do more harm than good, Lucy became the Dollmaker or "Dolly". The lwa knew a lost cause when they saw one, so they took her in to protect her from herself and others (for their sake and hers) and she sees all of the Ghede as her one and only family. Dolly currently evades the law and travels across the southeast region of the United States, having no set permanent residence other than a few abandoned plantation homes and warehouses scattered across the swamplands.

-Likes: nursery rhymes, fairy tales, dolls, cartoons, frills and lolita clothing, fashion, the circus, and Disney, along with drawing and cooking up spells of epic proportions

-Dislikes: gloomy people, people who act too old for their age, mathematics (all ingredients are eye-balled and hand-measured), elephants, cooties, and yucky things

-Skills: can manipulate threaded needles of any size, up to twenty at one time; corpse and doll manipulation; potion brewing and spell-conjuring from her big ol' book of voodoo (with a hidden section on black magic)

-Strengths: magic, music, alchemy, sewing, and cooking

-Weaknesses: technology-based attacks, salt, horseshoes, rattlesnakes, rabbits' feet, silver, holy items (crosses, crucifixes, holy water), cat's eye shells, skulls (she doesn't touch them when cleaning out a body), and anchors

-Other: Lucy doesn't respond to her name, preferring "Dolly" or "Dollmaker". She also creates new fashions out of real fabric, as well, to wear around town, but only because she gets blood on her when she wears skin and it stinks up a room somethin' fierce. She's naive to pop culture and current events, so don't ask her about her thoughts on Breaking Bad or any upcoming presidential elections. Her favorite animals are sea turtles and egrets, pelicans terrify but fascinate her, she routinely sneaks into town in "civilian clothing" to buy groceries and fuel for her camping stove, her bread and butter is selling clothing, candy, and re-upholstered furniture to rich/supernatural clients, and she carries a necklace made of the robotic eye of her former lover, Endo Petrenko, in her corset to keep him close.

Lucy also attended the Academy of Villains before and hopes to re-enroll, it being the closest thing to a stable home.
